What the service is
We publish business listings supplied by their owners, and let visitors search, read reviews and contact those businesses directly. We are a directory, not a party to any transaction between a visitor and a listed business.
Listings
- Anyone may list a business free of charge. Every listing is reviewed before it is published.
- The owner is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, including prices, timings and claims.
- We may reject, edit or remove a listing that is misleading, duplicated, unlawful, or that we cannot verify.
- Paid plans buy placement and presentation. They do not buy a favourable review, and they are not an endorsement of the business by us.
Reviews
Reviews are written by registered users and are moderated before publication. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or that appear to be written by the business itself or by a competitor. A business owner may reply publicly to any review of their own listing.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or attempts to interfere with it.
Liability
We take reasonable care but do not warrant that listing information is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, AVANPA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for losses arising from dealings with a listed business, nor for interruptions to the service.
Changes
These terms may change. The version on this page is the one that applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
