This policy covers paid listing plans on Khojdo, sold by AVANPA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
What you are buying
A paid plan is a subscription for one listing, for the period shown at checkout - one month or one year, whichever you chose. Prices displayed include GST at 18%. The plan activates as soon as the payment succeeds.
E-books and downloads
A digital download cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, so e-book sales are final once the file has been fetched. Before that, and in these cases after it, we refund in full:
- the file is corrupt, unreadable, or not what the listing described;
- you were charged twice for the same book;
- the download link never worked and we could not fix it.
Lost your link, or used up your downloads? That is not a refund matter - email us and we reissue it free. Khojdo keeps 15% of an e-book sale; the rest is the author's.
Separately, when a painting sells through the Madhubani Art Marketplace, Khojdo charges the artist a commission of 10% of the sale price. The buyer pays nothing to Khojdo.
Cancellation
You may stop using a plan at any time and it simply will not renew - plans do not auto-renew, so nothing is charged again unless you choose to pay again.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of payment, if the plan's benefits were not delivered - for example the verified badge or placement did not appear - we refund in full.
- Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full, as soon as they are confirmed.
- After 7 days, or where the plan has been delivered as described, the fee is not refundable, because the placement has already been supplied.
- If we remove your listing for breaching the Terms, the fee is not refunded.
How to ask
Email support@khojdo.in with the payment id shown on your receipt. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually appear within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
